Greg delivers another podcast from his recent trip to New York, this one being a special LIVE podcast on stage in New York with guest Kevin Meaney, who sings a brand new opening to be forever used for one famous Fitzdog Radio game. Before he gets to that on stage interview though, Greg does a monologue where he talks recent comments on the podcasts.
Greg and Natalie Maines spend a whole bunch of time talking about Natalie’s distaste for underwear and how that affects her ‘cycle.’ Greg digs around Natalie’s past and finds out that she started shit so her posse could fight her fights, but it still didn’t stop her getting shot at. This leads to an organic game of Is It Racist? where we find out the real reason why Asians are bad drivers. They also get to Overheards, recite some Sir Mix-a-Lot, Malebag, and talks about "Lip Zip".
Greg breaks out this never before heard interview with Jim Breuer, from his most recent visit to New York. Before getting to the interview with Jim, Greg talks about the therepeutic aspect of doing the podcast alone in his garage, just getting back from Palm Springs with the family, how he passed the time there, and does fan favorite (and sponsored!) Overheard. He then gets into it with Jim Breuer.
Greg has comedian Christopher Titus in for today's podcast. They start off by talking about coming up in the comedy world, Titus shares some stories of his girlfriend learning to be a comic, and their opinions on alternative comedy. They talk about their experiences with pitching television shows, getting network notes, and treating handicapped people no different than anyone else. Before getting to the Overheards, where they talk about the polite way to reference pooping, they talk a little politics.
Greg talks about the CRAZY past few days he's had doing press everywhere from the Howard Stern show, to Chelsea Handler, to other podcasts, and how the shows at Carolines in New York have been doing. He then talks to Jim Gaffigan about their time coming up in comedy and entertainment. They talk about the struggle, the highlights, how they made it, and a terrible, terrible voicemail Greg left for Jim one day. Greg also plays fan favorites Overheards and Half-a-Man.
Greg chats with Adam Carolla in an interview done in Ace's car on the way to Irvine. Greg starts off the podcast with a monologue about his giant dong, how ladies maintain themselves, Tiger Woods, and Charlie Sheen. When he gets into it with Adam, they talk about their relationships with their wives, what's important to them, and what drives them in life.
Greg has Teresa Strasser in for today's podcast, where they make it clear that the podcast will be a vast departure from the anal talk of the radio show. Teresa starts off by talking about Greg's book Dear Mrs. Fitzsimmons, what she learned about Greg's relationship with his dad from it, and what they think of the next generation possibly being "too soft". Teresa talks about travelling and experimenting in Eastern Europe, sex while preggers, and anal. They wrap up with some poop talk.
