Jessica,You made a really great video to drtmnsoeate why brands come off as boring. You found a way to interestingly show Barry's suggestions from The Advertising Concept Book. Do you think that the third reason that the product is not needed completely kills a brand? If a brand comes out with a product that cannot be marketed, can the brand recover? Does it depend on the strength and positioning of the brand before the useless product? Is it possible that a product that is deemed useless is just marketed to the wrong target audience? Barry states the importance of determining who the target audience is in order be able to market the product. If a product does not attract a certain target audience, do you think a brand should attempt do change the product's target audience before pulling the plug on the product?Just a few thoughts I would be interested to hear your thoughts on.

When I heard that Harry Morgan had died, his face immediately spnarg to mind -- and that deep, distinctive, and laconic voice. He was great! And, 96: Wow, he had a really good kick at the can! May he rest in peace. I actually remember him, first, from December Bride, an American sitcom in the '50s, with Spring Byington. He was the wise-cracking neighbour and obviously made an impression on me then because when I saw him in M*A*S*H, I recognized him right away.
