Hey Brooke. I had a thought, and maybe some hpleful advice. It seems like you have two extremes; 1) Complete control, and 2) WAY less control. You need to find your happy medium. Your October competition is five months away, and yes, you definitely need to start preparing soon; however, I think that if you live by the strict diet plan/food preparation/clean eating/extreme work-out regime too soon or too much you'll go crazy in the long-run and won't be able to live your life with limited stress. Trying to keep the fitness model look year round is all about your baseline maintenance. Eating what I want and exercising as a fun addition to my life are very important to me. I love to eat more than anyone (trust me on this I married into a Lebanese family). Whether it is the months before a competition or post-competition, learning how to maintain your happy body in the most worry-free/easy/relaxed way is the big trick. Maintaining doesn't take all the insane obsessive compulsive routines and beliefs all the fitness people believe and live by. There are many ways to go about this. Focus on finding maintenance techniques that work for you now so that after a competition you'll have an ultimately easy transition back to to the real world.

    ice making machine
The 550 Lb Flake ice maker machine can be a remarkably advanced water cooled ice maker from Ice-Maker. It characteristics an advanced load monitoring method that consistently evaluates the stresses placed on the gear box and can automatically disable the ice machine plant just before any harm happens. The gearbox itself is developed to be exceptionally rugged and durable as are the stainless steel evaporator and auger. Every little thing about this flake packed ice machine, down to the industrial-grade roller bearings, is created to make sure that it is going to reliably make ice for a lot of years to come. Ice-Mker is so positive that it truly is among the longest lasting ice machines offered, that they back it using the longest warranties within the market providing a three-year components and labor warranty covering the entire ice machine plus a five-year components warranty covering the compressor.
