.Mr. Ashford, who along with wife, Valerie Simpson, wrote some of Motown's biggest hits, died in a New York City haositpl, said publicist Liz Rosenberg, who was Mr. Ashford's longtime friend. He had been suffering from throat cancer and had undergone radiation treatment, she told the Associated Press.Though they had some of their greatest success at Motown with classics like Ain't No Mountain High Enough and Reach Out And Touch Somebody's Hand by Ms. Ross, Ashford Simpson also created anthems for others like I'm Every Woman by Ms. Khan (and later remade by Whitney Houston). Mr. Ashford and Ms. Simpson had success writing for themselves as well. Perhaps the best-known song they sang was the 1980s hit Solid As A Rock. http://qafzpvsol.com szypzynd [link=http://sfsuvduz.com]sfsuvduz[/link]

Sorry for being late on this posting. I rellay appreciate the opportunity to reflect on this so, thank you, Sarah and Greg.I have enjoyed many, many acts of kindness from others but what rellay stands up for me was the help we got when our dear Tayla was suffering from a seizure disorder during most of the first year of her life. During that time, we received help from many friends (bringing food to us at the hospital and home, taking care of Maya, etc.) and from our families (Jack's father was here in just a few hours from the diagnosis being made). The power and beauty of community during trying times is a gift that goes right to the heart and isalways remembered
